New! Check Out Our Two Online Workshops!

workshopMany Business Analysts have said they would find great value in laser-targeted workshops that discuss a particular task of their jobs. I designed two new workshops to offer intense instruction in these areas and provide IIBA-certified Continuing Development Units (CDUs).

Unlike full-length online courses, these recorded workshops focus deeply on a specific skill and are just a couple of hours long. They’re recorded so you can listen at your convenience as often as you like. More will be coming in the future, so please contact me if you have ideas for topics.

Eliciting Requirements Workshop—2 CDUs

Elicitation sessions are a challenge for both the novice and seasoned Business Analysts. You want to be more effective in elicitation while ensuring that details are communicated accurately with team members and stakeholders.

This Business Analyst online training offers solutions in combating nervousness in elicitation sessions, staying in control of meetings, and communicating successfully by conference call with remote stakeholders.

How to Create Use Cases—3 CDUs

Business Analysis should excite you, but creating use cases and use case diagrams can become a source of anxiety that frustrates you. This webinar takes you through creating UML and RUP use cases and diagrams, and you’ll finally understand and appreciate the differences.

You’ll hear other Business Analysts ask questions, which will deepen your understanding of creating use cases. Stop the frustration with this recorded webinar and accompanying use case template.
