Why You Will Quit Your Job This Year

I just read this article on Forbes and the article really hit home with me. I’ve shared my story with my readers, so some of you already know this, but a few years ago I was unhappy in my job and during the worst part of the recession we are in, I left that job and the security it gave me for a 6 month contract job – and I haven’t been out of work even one day since then.

Because of the knowledge and skill set I possess I am in demand as both a business analyst and a software tester. If you are unhappy in your job, do something about it. If you don’t make a change, nothing will change. Get a new job, get training, hire a mentor, go back to school, find out what skills you need to move up and out of your current position to a happier one, just take action!
