Project Success

Essential core elements of project management include:

  • Formation of core project team
  • Definition of project scope, objectives, and constraints
  • Analysis of work content/deliverables
  • Project team organization and assignment of responsibilities
  • Schedule development
  • Project staffing/resource planning
  • Budgeting
  • Progress, cost, and quality control

It doesn’t matter if you’re planning an IT project, a party, or anything between – these elements are essential, and work, for all projects.
