6 Key Skills New IT Grads are Lacking

I found this article very interesting. So many of my clients come to me because the have just finished getting their MBA and they want a job as a business analyst, but they are having a lot of difficulty getting interviews. Or they get them but they don’t know how to answer the questions.

This article sums up what is lacking from a formal education, but is still necessary to the IT industry – including specifically the business analyst role. This is exactly why a mentor or coach is so invaluable to anyone looking for a position they do not have previous experience in.
